XYREON not only strive on the products quality and reliability, we also focus very hard on after sales service and support. We provides standard 1 year warranty for all our KIOSK. But based on customer demand, we can increase to 2 years or even maximum 3 years with minimal charges.
XYREON has created modular, flexible service plans, proven to support the most demanding Service Level Agreements in the industry.
The majority of incoming problems can be solved in real time by utilizing remote management tools or phone diagnostics. One of the two resolutions will occur on a support contract call:
- Manage remote error message / diagnostic / resolution
- Customer call-in diagnostic / resolution.XYREON representive diagnose incoming issues.We commit on Next Business Day on site support for all of our KIOSK that had been deployed

- Monday to Friday.
- But for critical diagnostic, we can provide a 24-7 support quotes.
